Together we can make sense of past experiences, practice body awareness, and gently create compassion for ways you've had to survive. Together we can bring hope back into your life.
My rate is $120/hour for individuals, sliding scale available based on need. Teletherapy (phone or video) will allow us to meet more consistently when coming into the office is difficult or unsafe. It can also provide a space to get support when life feels too hectic for on-site therapy.
